Flavio Domeni, a Braziilian native, joined our team in 2019. His classes, fully in Portuguese, support our Portuguese immersion program. Pixie Nursery School initially hired Flavio to offer a class to children on what it means to be a clown. It was so enthusiastically received, we added it to our weekly curriculum. On Thursdays, Flavio's persona—Frangolino the Clown—comes to our school to offer 1 hour of uninterrupted play and clown activities. The children love making clown noses, hats, juggling balls, or riding a unicycle. Pixie Nursery School offers a variety of extracurricular activities so that children can gain a greater understanding of themselves.
