Welcome to Pixie!
We are an infant/toddler, in-home based, trilingual (English, Spanish, and Portuguese), Early Childhood Education (ECE) daycare service located in Mill Valley, California. We take care of children who range from early infancy through the age of 3.
Pixie Nursery School is independent, privately owned, and fully licensed by the state of California.
We emphasize children playing as the main learning process under our care. Our main goal is to provide an enriching and nurturing environment to both infants and toddlers with a focus on developmental activities.
Music, yoga, & more
Pixie Nursery School believes that childhood is a treasured time unto itself and not just preparation for schooling. In our view, skipping or hurrying developmental phases can undermine a child's health and development. That's why our children participate in a wide variety of activities. These include yoga, dance, sensory play, cooking, cutting veggies, reading, field trips, and more.
